In 2020, FTZ Group, which focused on overseas investments, acquired Castrol Ukraine LLC and signed an exclusive country master distributorship agreement with BP Petrolleri A.Ş. for lubricants distribution in Ukraine.
Products of Castrol, Aral, and BP, sourced from production facilities in Germany, Belgium, and Turkey are shipped to Ukraine, and their distribution is carried out through local distributors.
